Users of Ink wave Creations may submit their own designs and artwork to be featured on products available through our print-on-demand and dropshipping services. By submitting content to Ink wave Creations, you affirm that you own or have the necessary rights to use and distribute that content.

3. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by content on Ink wave Creations, you may notify us by submitting a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown notice. To be valid, your notice must include the following information:

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with us. This counter-notification should include:

A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Your Jurisdiction] and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Ink wave Creations reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others, in accordance with the DMCA.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ink wave Creations does not control or monitor the content submitted by users and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of the content. Ink wave Creations will act upon notices of copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
