At Ink wave Creations, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom-made products. As a print-on-demand and dropshipping business, all of our items are made specifically for each order, which means we have a different return and exchange policy compared to traditional retailers. Please read through our return policy below to ensure clarity regarding our procedures.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Returns Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Please ensure you carefully review your order details, including sizes, colors, and personalization options, before completing your purchase.
  2. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damage or defect to assist with our investigation. In such cases, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
  3. Incorrect Orders If you received an incorrect item (wrong design, size, or product), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
  4. Custom and Personalized Products Since custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns unless defective or incorrect. We encourage you to double-check all personalization details (such as spelling and design choices) before placing your order.
  5. Return Process If your return or exchange is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.

Refunds

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
