Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. This includes the time it takes to design, create, and package your items with care.
  • Please note that custom orders or large quantities may require additional processing time. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days. Please contact us if you require faster delivery.

Shipping Carriers

  • We use reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier used for your order will depend on the size and destination of the package.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If you need further assistance, we are here to help resolve the issue.

Local Delivery/Pickup

  • We offer local delivery or pickup for customers within the Mississippi Gulf Coast area.
